Our Work

CRWorks, Inc. is a community-based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to creating high-quality, affordable housing paired with wraparound services that help individuals and families not only stay housed—but thrive.

We believe housing is the foundation for economic mobility, health, and long-term stability. That’s why CRWorks goes beyond bricks and mortar to deliver people-centered development, working in collaboration with trusted community partners to address the real-life needs of residents..

    Transitional Housing

    CRWorks was funded by HUD for more than a decade to provide 7 units of 2 and 3 bedrooms scattered site homes to over 60 families who were homeless or on the verge of becoming homeless.

    Homeless Prevention and Outreach Services

    Our Administrative staff has connected over 500 unhoused individuals with emergency shelter services.

    Affordable Housing

    CR Works has two multi-family housing developments. Ruby Homes currently houses 11 low-income families, while Comfort Villas houses 8.

    Workforce Development

    CRWorks partners with key organizations to train individuals in healthcare, information technology, and business administration skills so they can find gainful employment opportunities.
